We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee low-rise residential subdivision construction, managing multiple homes at various stages of completion.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities across multiple units (Single-detached, Semi-detached, and Townhouses).
Co-ordinate trades, suppliers, inspections, and deliveries.
Ensure homes meet Ontario Building Code, Tarion, and Sundial Homes quality standards.
Maintain construction schedules and production targets.
Enforce site safety (OHSA) and maintain clean, organized sites.
Complete daily reports and deficiency tracking.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in low-rise residential subdivision construction.
