Knowledge and understanding of all contract drawings, specifications, addenda, RFI's, and, all other job related contracts and information for each project.
Job site setup and start-up, including safety posting and procedures, field office location and layout, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment and manpower.
Oversee day to day project activities to ensure project deliverables are being met including allocation of labour, materials, and equipment.
Create productive working relationships with subcontractors and create an environment where quality is paramount, and problems are solved quickly.
Coordinate with Subcontracts to meet critical path timelines.
