Job Summary

Lead SRE responsibilities for application and system‑level observability in complex end‑to‑end environments. Drive the SREWCCS roadmap and execute a hands‑on monitoring and troubleshooting role from day one.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Dynatrace based observability solutions, including DQL, Gen3 dashboards, traces on Grail, Active‑Gate plugins, SRG workflow development and business events.
• Instrument, analyze and troubleshoot complex distributed applications across application, infrastructure, network and platform layers.
• Drive the SREWCCS roadmap and provide assessments of current capabilities to identify gaps.
