Responsible for the general administration of the plant's occupational health program.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Fulfill the company's values and Safety Policies via preventive medicine service to employees, and attend to all injured or ill personnel to ensure their physical integrity.
Transport injured or ill personnel using own knowledge and criteria; consult employee data and files to complete assigned reports.
Comply with Injuries and Illness Prevention Audits each month.
Fully comply with all Preventive Medicine Programs annually.
Attend to all accidents or incidents where employees were injured.
Maintain a minimum of 80% in Service Satisfaction survey.
Maintain all certifications required by the company.
Comply with the review of this Job Description, personal development plan and performance evaluation plan within the established time.
