Reporting to the Chief Geologist, the Site Exploration Manager will coordinate and execute exploration programs across GMIN’s operations in Brazil or Guyana. The role is responsible for leading exploration activities from target generation through resource definition, ensuring programs are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with corporate growth objectives. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in geological interpretation, drilling and field program execution, geological data quality, and operational planning, while supporting the advancement of exploration targets toward development readiness.

Working Conditions

The Site Exploration Manager is a site-based rotational role supporting exploration activities across GMIN’s operations in Brazil or Guyana. The role requires the ability to work effectively in remote and challenging field environments, manage multicultural teams, and maintain strong operational discipline.
