SIDE HOE EXCAVATOR OPERATOR – Water & Sewer Construction

WCL is looking for an experienced Side Hoe Excavator Operator to support underground water and sewer installations following earthworks. This role focuses on working alongside the mainline crew, assisting with service connections, trench support, and detailed excavation work.
WHAT YOU NEED:
3+ years experience operating excavators in underground water and sewer construction
Experience pulling away from the mainline hoe, swinging in pipe and bringing aggregate and material into the ditch and support excavation alongside mainline work
Ability to work accurately around existing utilities and live services
Comfortable following direction from the Topman and Foreman
