Overview

The Shop Manager is responsible for assisting in the planning and direction of the day-to-day operations of the store’s shared values, standards, policies and procedures. Partners with the Shop Manager to ensure overall management of the store, staff, merchandise and customer service.

• Assist in planning and directing day-to-day operations in alignment with the store’s values, standards, policies and procedures.
• Partner with the Shop Manager to manage store operations, staff, merchandise and customer service.
• Customer Service: emphasize building a local clientele; assist associates with customer service issues; support ongoing improvement of clienteling efforts.
• Staff Development: participate in ongoing performance management to ensure goals are met; demonstrate leadership and lead by example; assist in implementing and executing the store’s strategic business plans.
