As a Shop Maintenance Operator, you will report directly to the Service Manager and oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the Sudbury dealership. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, inspecting tools and equipment, and managing the organization of the yard. This role is critical in maximizing operational efficiency and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Comply with OHSA and company safety policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and yard
• Conduct routine inspections on all equipment and vehicles
• Perform maintenance and repairs of shop tools
• Ensure safe snow and ice removal from walkways
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous automotive facility experience preferred
