CSN East Mountain is currently seeking a Shop Foreperson (Foreman). This role is pivotal in overseeing the smooth operation of the collision repair process. As a Shop Foreperson, you will coordinate activities across all departments within the shop to ensure timely and high-quality repairs. Your primary responsibility is to manage the repair process from intake to delivery while maintaining a focus on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
