The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role leads a team of operators and technicians, coordinates workflow, resolves issues in real time and maintains compliance with safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is an attractive pay of $29.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
Direct and monitor production activities during assigned shift to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
Allocate labor and resources based on production priorities.
Ensure equipment is operated according to established procedures.
Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary.
