Key Job Responsibilities
Create balance between “Work hard” and “Have fun” with associates under scope.
Execute internal audits and ensure the team’s execution to accomplish business goals.
Support process improvement activities associated with inefficiencies and new functions not performed in day‑to‑day operations.
Assist in development, documentation, deployment, and monitoring of key business processes that support all internal processes of AMZL Mexico.
Follow up and dive deep into the KPIs of operations within the delivery station, implement and develop the station’s workflow and metrics according to standard work and processes to achieve year‑over‑year improvements.
Actively support and promote organizational change.
