Equation Staffing is currently seeking a Shift Lead for a client of ours located in Calgary, AB. This position will support the Production Supervisor by overseeing daily pallet repair operations and ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. The Shift Lead will provide hands-on leadership, supervise repair associates, assign tasks, and help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and supervise pallet repair associates during assigned shifts.
Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure production targets are achieved.
Inspect repaired pallets and equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify and resolve complex repair issues while providing technical guidance and support.
Follow and enforce all safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE.
