Job Summary
Shift Manager Jr supports internal operations within a delivery station, managing a 20‐person hourly team, safety metrics, shifts, vacations, overtime, and AMZL OPS metrics, including sort efficiency, package throughput rate, and sort compliance.
Operational KPIs and goals are part of the station's strategic plan.
The role is fully onsite and requires flexibility to work and rotate shifts, including weekends, holidays, overnight shifts, and overtime during peak season.
Qualifications
Completed high school diploma
Availability to work a versatile schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Basic English (A2)
+2 years of previous experience
+1 year of people management experience
Completed bachelor degree
English advanced
+3 years of previous experience
Lean manufacturing tools knowledge
