JOB TITLE: Insurance Compliance & Training Specialist (Contract)
Responsibilities
Conduct pre- and post-sale insurance business reviews for select independent licensed insurance agents, including new agents, special supervision agents, and agents under investigation
Initiate, review, track, and report client and agent file reviews in compliance with department policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Prepare reports identifying statistics, trends, and training opportunities for field agents
Provide corrective coaching and training to agents to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
