Set up and operation of various machines/equipment (extrusion lines, slitting operations, ovens, mixers, grinders, shredders), quality control, basic housekeeping, and troubleshooting. Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and reasoning ability
• Physical coordination
• Experience with hand held measuring equipment/blueprint & drawings
• Good math and computer skills
• High attention to detail
• Forklift license/experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment with continuous processes.

• Previous experience in a continuous production process (not assembly line) setting up, troubleshooting, tear downs, change overs
