+ Support onboarding process for hourly workers + Provide support to hourly employees with their inquires related to HR services + Constant communication with employees to facilitate a good work environment. + Monthly report of activities regarding the area of Employee Services. + Support plant events. + Responsible to specific reports the Cafeteria and Transportation Services
