Educate and advise on compensation practices, labor & employee relations, performance management, and career development.
Collaborate with Retail leaders on leadership development, talent, and performance management initiatives.
Lead delivery and implementation of change management initiatives.
Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Diagnose and mitigate organizational risk by providing timely, dynamic solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, influencing decisions and inspiring new ways of thinking.
Drive people strategies that support business priorities and elevate the employee experience.
