Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM. This position is not hands on but requires a background in these technologies in order to lead/coordinate across multiple technical workstreams.
Experience leading and delivering large scale, global, complex technology implementation. Experience leading teams, prioritizing work, raising risks.
Exceptional communication management skills - People management experience preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
Strong client‑service skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices. Consultative approach toward clients.
