Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join the Service Excellence org at one of Canada's largest retail and wellness companies. The Service Excellence team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow platform as it supports Technology and Enterprise business functions. It consists of several product-oriented delivery (POD) teams tied to the different modules in use by the business.

The Developer, Cybersecurity collaborates closely with its POD team, cross-functional technical teams and global business partners, to develop comprehensive features and functionalities that enhance the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities. The Developer attends regular Agile ceremonies, develops features and enhancements based on requirements captured in stories, and conducts unit testing.
