Summary of Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day‑to‑day development, administration, and support of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring the system aligns with business objectives and best practices. This role focuses on implementing, maintaining, and enhancing solutions across core modules, primarily ITSM.

Additional Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Platform Development and Customization

• Develop and configure components, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and workflows/Flow Designer to automate business processes.
• Customize and maintain the Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment workflows.
• Design and develop custom applications, forms, and modules within the ServiceNow environment.
