Senior Data Analyst / Developer

Our client in the public sector is seeking a Senior Data Analyst Developer for their ServiceNow Program that will proactively work towards the platform’s stabilization , strategic growth/functionality road-mapping, and configuration of smaller scale processes in support of process improvements and Employee Experience.

Assignment Duties

· Designs and develops comprehensive reports, dashboards, and analytics within the ServiceNow platform to provide insights into key ITSM metrics and performance indicators.

· Assess the cleanliness, accuracy, and completeness of data within the ServiceNow platform, identifying and addressing data quality issues as needed.
