ServiceNow Architect Hours: 7.5 per day Remote Description - Provides expertise to support and manage the overall delivery of the scope and activities - Defines the overall solution architecture - Supports design and validation workshops on technical aspects and best practices - Ensures alignment with enterprise security, scalability, andpliance standards - Documents integration points and technical dependencies - Manages offshore developers, provides technical guidance, and resolves blockers - Validates deliverables against architectural standards - Collaborates with the functional lead to triage defects across all phases (build, UAT, and post-go-live) for technical requirements - Supports troubleshooting and advises developers on technical issues or defects - Conducts technical reviews of configurations and integrations - Ensures adherence to best practices for performance and accessibility
