Office Location: (Regional - Field based and as scheduled to attend office locations)
Reports to: Regional Service Manager
What will you do:
Provide positive consumer interactions at the highest level.
Complete service work as assigned. A remedy is their responsibility with the support of the resources around them as required (RSM, Customer Care, Technical Management, etc)
Provide feedback to management. Based on findings after attending a site, to resolve service and installation challenges. Based on observations and remedies, co-ordinate training requirements and technical communication for the Field to the RSM and Technical Services
Domestic service, project, and showroom related work Support as required from service/installation perspective.
