Major Responsibilities
This role is directly responsible for integrating the teams, business functions and processes during implementation of the Cutting & Structural Automation Global Service Strategy.
Strategy & Planning: Develop integration plans for mapped current processes to new systems; define integration strategies, timelines and resource needs.
Identify key resources, tools, software, and processes to support a wholistic global Service strategy
Determine appropriate department staff levels, training, and skills consistent with business objectives.
Determine project/job staffing requirements based on schedule and assign/re-direct resources accordingly.
