We are looking for a Service Manager to join our quick‑paced, energetic dealership in Maple Creek. In this role you will oversee/coordinate service activities focused on exceptional customer service, technician efficiency, and department profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all processes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build customer relationships & foster growth
• Motivate employees by coaching, training and development
• Plan and initiate all department functions including attraction, retention, and engagement of employees

Qualifications
