We are looking for an exceptional Service Manager to join our team in Camrose, AB. This position will have support from a great leadership team, the ability to grow a department, lead an exceptional service team, review service department metrics and interact with customers on a regular basis.
What makes the role exciting and what does it involve?
+ Responsible for overseeing the operations of the service department, which includes, but not limited to:
+ Providing leadership and coaching to the service department (a Service Writer, Shop Foreman and Service Technicians);
+ Completing annual performance reviews, performance management meetings as needed, and interviewing candidates for open positions;
+ Reviewing service department metrics, department goals and financial objectives.
+ Managing expenses;
+ Creating annual budgets, in collaboration with the Branch Manager;
