Position Title: Service Manager - Agriculture Equipment 

Location: Southwestern MN

Purpose: The Service Manager oversees daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

•Leading service department by setting timelines, providing technical guidance and quality control to other shop technicians.

•Check in with technicians at least four times a day for status updates, answer questions, or provide technical assistance.

•Train and develop service staff using best practices in utilizing available company resources, diagnostics, customer satisfaction and brand promotion

•Complete final inspection of work performed to ensure quality of service provided.

•Provide support for customer service technical related inquiries.

•Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
