Position: Service Line Director (Surgery & Anesthesia)

Status: Salary, Exempt, Full-Time

Reports to: VP Program Operations

Job Summary: The Service Line Director (SLD) works to ensure that all services are delivered and executed. The SLD, in conjunction with the VP Program Operations, is responsible for the implementation of programs, day-to-day management, and retention of new and established programs at SHP. The SLD establishes effective strategies for program implementation, integration, and process optimization with the goal of increasing service line growth, efficiency, and physician and patient experience.
