The Service Desk Specialist is one of the primary IT support contacts for users across the country. Located in Montreal, this position provides national front‑line and second‑level service, answering inquiries, fulfilling requests, and resolving issues as part of a multi‑location national IT team. The role includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading systems such as desktops, printers, copiers, telephony services and LAN equipment.
Core hours are Monday‑Friday during business hours, with on‑call support available on a rotating schedule when required.
