Job Summary.

The Service Delivery Sr Specialist, plays a critical role within the Service Delivery & Quality department.
This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust KPI framework to measure and monitor organizational performance.

Job Responsibilities**
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and define relevant KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Design and implement effective data collection processes for KPI measurement.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports for clear and concise communication of performance insights.
- Monitor KPI performance and provide timely alerts and notifications for critical deviations.
