Job Overview

As a Service Administrator in the Technical Services department, you will support the Kingston location by managing service calls, purchase orders, parts orders, quotations, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch service calls to technicians and follow up with customers.
• Issue purchase orders to technicians and enter data into the internal system.
• Order and follow up on parts and equipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Compose quotes for repairs and assist with tender closings.
• Process billings using internal software and review invoices/credits with the department manager.
