Derive and understand client business needs, and document findings
Work closely with team leaders and specialists in solution design
Configure Varicent Incentives system to meet requirement needs
Design and implement data extract/transform/load strategies
Coordinate quality assurance and testing phases of projects
Work with clients to assess readiness and plan for system roll‑out
Assist project manager with supporting deployed projects
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience with Varicent Incentives
Comfortable with emerging technologies, learning new software, understanding a data model and an object model
Experienced writing SQL queries and design specifications
