Responsibilities
Leading the full design lifecycle—from initial discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and post-launch improvements.
Serving as the main point of contact for design, bridging the gap between business objectives and user-centric strategies.
Working in a tight loop with POs and Engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, visually compelling, and functional medical solutions.
Leveraging AI tools and modern workflows to streamline the design process and focus on high-value creative problem-solving.
Mentoring other designers and contributing to the growth of our design culture, ensuring our solutions meet the highest regulatory and usability standards.
