We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead user-centered design initiatives through the full product lifecycle: Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live. This role is focused on transforming complex business problems into intuitive, mobile-first, and responsive digital solutions. You will be a key member of a balanced Agile (Scrum) team, acting as a bridge between user research findings and technical implementation.
