Position Overview

We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our Field Delivery team, where you’ll design thoughtful, human-centered experiences that support users working across mobile, web, and emerging agentic interfaces in the construction field. This role focuses on solving real-world, workflow-driven problems for customers operating in dynamic, often complex environments.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research partners to drive design strategy and execution, elevate product quality, and deliver intuitive, reliable experiences across devices. As a senior member of the team, you’ll influence product direction, advocate for users, and help evolve how we design for modern, multi-surface experiences. Curiosity and excitement about exploring new interaction models, including agentic experiences, are essential.
