Position Overview

Your mandate will consist of working closely with group insurance advisors and providing support to the Assistant Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing renewals and preparing proposals for groups with more than 25 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Review renewal proposals from insurers;
• Prepare preliminary (for negotiation) and final (based on the negotiation and any options) renewal reports for the advisor;
• Process the required transaction in the system to confirm the renewal;
• Notify the insurer of acceptance and confirm the terms.
