The Senior Underwriter plays an important part in providing Brokers and Clients with services that enhance the positive image of the AXA XL brand. The role therefore requires a significant amount of interaction with Clients, Brokers and internal stakeholders. Working as part of the Underwriting Team, the role will be focused on securing new business opportunities and managing a renewal portfolio, while providing leading edge solutions for client needs.
What you’ll be doing What will your essential responsibilities include?
Managing and underwriting a profitable book of new and renewal business per AXA XL guidelines, appetite, and philosophy.
Developing and structuring tailor-made risk solutions to win new business and retain existing customers.
Analyzing risk and determining terms and conditions as well as appropriate pricing in accordance with granted authority and AXA XL guidelines.
