Underwrite and price new business applications, endorsements and renewals of complex nature on Commercial Lines policies within a set binding authority to grow and maintain a profitable portfolio.
Maintain in-force policies and ensure all policies are issued within service standards with the appropriate wordings, schedules, and certificates attached.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with brokers by providing exceptional customer service.
Work collaboratively to support broker, claims, pricing and accounting inquiries.
Respond to telephone inquiries, make outgoing calls, and handle emails and faxes as required.
Track and produce daily, weekly, and monthly production activity reports.
Assist in monthly business activity reporting.
Be willing to travel as required (approximately 20%).
