Senior Telephony Engineer - Avaya (Colombia- 100% REMOTE) role at FPS Innovation Labs. 100% remote from Colombia.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement configurations based on customer telephony environment, discovery, and changing requirements including configuration of Avaya Aura System Manager, Session Manager, Communications Manager, voicemail, media servers, IM & Presence (AMM and Breeze).
Maintain focus on foundational and emerging premise or cloud-based communications technologies such as SIP-based voice services and infrastructure.
Work as part of a project team to implement Avaya Aura application servers and provide configuration support for adjunct equipment (IVR, CMS reporting, Call Recording, SIP PSTN services, and others).
Conduct discovery of customer telephony environments for configuration and requirements gathering.
Develop and deliver end-user administrator training.
