Position Overview

As a Senior Technical Program Manager - Platform Mergers & Acquisitions you will lead program execution across multiple concurrent acquisitions, ensuring integration scope, risks, decisions, and dependencies are clearly defined and managed. In this role, you’ll work closely with platform, product, and acquired teams to bring structure and clarity to complex integration efforts. You’ll drive alignment across stakeholders, maintain visibility into progress, and help teams make informed decisions to integrate into Autodesk’s platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive program-level execution across multiple M&A integrations, managing scope, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies
• Establish and maintain program governance, ensuring key decisions, tradeoffs, and changes are explicit, documented, and aligned
• Prevent silent scope changes by ensuring material changes are surfaced, re-evaluated, and clearly communicated
