• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for all levels from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and close ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate experience;
• Work closely with business leaders to deeply understand each team's organizational structure, responsibilities, strengths/gaps, and key business drivers, translating that insight into effective hiring strategies;
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing across multiple channels;
