Job description :

A growing organization, recognized for its flexibility, innovation, and quality of services, is seeking a full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its dynamic Human Resources team.

Duties & Responsabilities :


  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and white-collar positions in Canada and the US.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Prepare and post job descriptions in both French and English on various recruitment platforms.

  • Implement attraction strategies to identify top talent for each role.

  • Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by answering questions and ensuring timely follow-ups.
