As a Senior Systems Service Specialist/Engineer, you will be the trusted technical expert on-site, supporting installation, commissioning, and ongoing service of complex automation systems. You’ll ensure reliable system performance while delivering a strong customer experience.
What will you do:
Install, start up, and commission systems at customer sites
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and networked systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades
Develop upgrade plans and ensure systems are up to date
Lead testing activities, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Take technical ownership of projects, from specification through commissioning
Train customers on system operation and maintenance
Act as the main technical contact for customers and support sales when needed
Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements
