About This Opportunity



Summary

We are looking for a Senior IBP / Supply Chain Support Engineer to support and optimize global planning platforms during a major digital transformation. This role focuses on o Solutions, automation, monitoring, and incident management to ensure reliable, cost‑effective supply chain operations while collaborating closely with teams.



Responsibilities
  • Support, execute, and troubleshoot IBP and supply chain processes (o Solutions).
  • Automate operational tasks using Python (alerts, data pulls, reporting).
  • Analyze data using SQL to identify root causes and produce KPI insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and logs using Splunk / Grafana.
  • Participate in on‑call rotations and incident management.
  • Collaborate on code reviews, documentation, and operational improvements.
  • Manage escalations, SLAs, and vendor performance.
