This is a senior role requiring comprehensive oversight of a mining and tailings operation that includes around 800 heavy equipment operators. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you are expected to ensure that safety is prioritized while managing the execution of mining activities alongside Shift Supervisors and Team Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
