Senior Superintendent Reporting to the Operations Director in the region, the Senior Superintendent is accountable for coordination, administration, and site supervision for industrial construction projects. They will ensure Bird’s Values and Business objectives are adhered to at site, consistently demonstrate the Bird brand and operate a site where all stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism. This position may be rotational and will require travel to Alberta based sites.

What You Will Be Working On

• Support and identify Business Development opportunities that bring in new projects.
• Work with the Proposal Lead to develop the proposed project schedule, methodology, and site logistics for proposals.
• Pre‑Construction Management: collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and maintain the master project schedule using MS Project or Primavera P6.
