As an integral member of the subcontracts management team, the Senior Subcontracts Administrator will perform the following duties:
Draft the terms of subcontract agreements
Draft collaboration agreements, memoranda of understanding and nondisclosure agreements, and process agreements for approval
Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs)
Conduct competitive bidding processes, evaluate proposals and support source selection
Lead negotiations with subcontractors and, through to execution, manage subcontract documentation, including drafting correspondence, tracking deliverables, processing invoices and maintaining the contract file
Qualifications / What you bring to the role
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration
Five to seven years' experience in subcontracts administration or procurement within the defence sector
