This full-time role requires at least 15 years of experience with large-scale projects in urban transit or cost consulting. You will focus on preparing accurate cost estimates for new construction and renovations, conducting detailed quantity surveys, and analyzing contractor submissions. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate project pricing and maintain comprehensive records of estimations.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide AACEi Class estimates for major projects • Analyze site drawings for accurate cost breakdowns • Prepare variance reports and tender comparisons • Maintain current construction cost data for estimates • Liaise with clients and stakeholders on budget impacts
