We are looking for a Business Solution Analyst with extensive experience in Oracle ERP – Finance.

Must Have

• Business Solution Analyst with experience in Oracle ERP – Finance
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Process Optimization, or ERP Implementation.
• Process Ownership, Business Governance and Large-scale international deployments.
• Methodologies: Business Process Modelling, Requirements Management, Impact Analysis.
• ERP Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of modules (Finance, SCM, or CRM) and integrations.
• Testing: Mastery of UAT cycles, end‑to‑end testing, and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).
• Change: Knowledge of Change models and instructional design for training.
