The Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Specialist to assist in the execution of hybrid work workstreams and the return to work process. The individual will be responsible for various aspects of projects including building a schedule, logistics, drafting a communication strategy and communications, supporting the roll out to employees and transitioning the Return to Work solutions to the real estate operations team for ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and flexible to support the most critical tasks needed. This role includes but is not limited to the following key responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and document various Real Estate Operations program scopes, stakeholders, timelines and budget
